Triple the Fun

Would you like to have "Triple the Fun" with three different tutors.
Sue Daley, Michelle Yeo and Karen Styles have put their creative heads together and created a class for Gatton in May 2011.
Each of these tutors have then made the same quilt in their own choice of colours.
"The Gatton Star" is presently being showcased within Sew Creative Shop.
If you would like to learn three different techniques for creating a star and a beautiful quilt from three different tutors in the one day then this is the class for you.

Quilts for the Lockyer Valley

After the devastating flooding of the Lockyer Valley in January 2011, many people have kindly offred to donates quilts for the Residents of Grantham and the Lockyer Valley.

Some of the first quilts to arrive were tops from a group of Quilters in Townsville co-ordinated by Ann Hayes. As we unwrapped the parcel of quilts in Sew Creative Gatton we wondered if we would have to return them, due to Cyclone Yasi.

They were quickly quilted by Lyn Crump of Busy Quilting and here are some of the quilted tops.
